These terms cover your use of the Imposter Game: Word Spy mobile app and this website. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.

Using the app

Imposter Game: Word Spy is free to download and play. You are welcome to use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Custom content

You can create your own word packs inside the app. Those words are stored only on your device — we do not see them, host them, or moderate them. You are responsible for any content you create.

Subscriptions

This app offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Weekly Pro — $9.99 per week
• Yearly Pro — $59.99 per year

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions may be managed by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase.

To cancel: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Imposter Game: Word Spy → Cancel.

Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency at the time of purchase. Purchases and renewals are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Refund requests must go through the platform you bought from — we cannot process refunds directly. Apple handles refund requests via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Updates

We may release updates that change, add, or remove features. We will try to keep the core game playable on older versions, but we cannot guarantee indefinite support for any specific build or device.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm anyone
• Use custom word packs to share content that is illegal, hateful, or violates someone else's rights
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app or its services

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties — express or implied — about its fitness for any particular purpose, reliability, or availability. You use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imposter Game: Word Spy and its makers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app — including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or hurt feelings after a particularly devastating accusation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date above tells you when. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
